We are excited a discounted rate on UPS Ground across the country with usual ship times of 2-5 days (after the medication has been processed). During high volume times, it is not unusual for shipping carriers to experience delays (holidays, etc) which are out of our control. Of note, if a shipment is damaged or lost, we kindly request you reach out to the carrier directly. Hair Medicinals/ Hairstim labs or the pharmacy are not liable for any issues with shipping once the medication has left the pharmacy.

Shipping times are not based on the time of payment of your prescription. Shipping times will take effect after your order has been processed and dispensed by the pharmacy which may take 2-3 days. Of note, during high volume times, processing/ preparation of medications may take longer than average. We appreciate your patience

We cannot ship to PO Boxes at this time

Refunds

No refunds are given once a medication leaves the pharmacy. The pharmacy is unable to accept any returns or exchanges.

Autofill Program

For autofills, if you manually OPT-IN to the program, you will receive two separate emails prior to an order being processed. Any orders that are shipped after processing are final and no refunds will be given. You can manually opt-out at any time via the portal. Email Opt-outs will not be honored due to our inability to guarantee they will be seen in time prior to shipment.
